Effective February 17, 2016 at 7:00 am, the court will accept ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments for filing fees. This option will be available to attorneys and limited filers with active CM/ECF logins.
Pursuant to Judicial Conference policy, a $53 fee will be imposed on any ACH remittance returned for non-payment. In addition, future privileges to use ACH or to remit any other payments through the pay.gov application may be revoked should any remittance be returned for non-payment.
The screen shot below provides further details on how ACH information will be collected. The court is happy to offer this feature. Please contact the Financial Section via email financial@ganb.uscourts.gov with any questions.
Please note that ACH Payments can be returned by a bank if the ACH debit block is in place. The Court's ID - 0000861901 - should be provided to the bank to allow for processing of these payments.
