The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia digitally records its proceedings. Written transcripts of these proceedings are made only when ordered. Such transcripts are filed with the Court and are thereafter placed on this Court’s Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system (CM/ECF) to be made available to the public electronically.
In accordance with Federal Bankruptcy Rule 9037 and the Judicial Conference Policy on Electronic Availability of Transcripts of Court Proceedings, any person about whom private information is disclosed in a proceeding in this Court may request redaction (removal) of such information before the transcript is filed electronically. Request for Written Transcript
If you are requesting a written transcript of a court hearing, the Request for Transmittal of Transcript form must be sent to a court approved transcriber.
Fees for written transcripts vary and are paid to the transcriber.
(Do not send this form to the Court if you are requesting a written transcript.)
Request for Audio Transcript
If you are requesting an audio transcript of a court hearing, the Request for Transmittal of Transcript form can be submitted to the Court by email, US Mail, or in person at:

The fees for audio transcripts are $34.00 per CD, payable to the Court by money order or by Online Payments, and due at or prior to time of pick-up. (Attorneys have an additional option of paying by check.)
To have an audio transcript mailed to you, the fee of $34.00 per CD and a pre-paid envelope are required before the request can be completed.
Please allow three (3) business days for preparation of audio transcript.
Request for written or audio transcripts of a § 341 Meeting of Creditors should be directed to the Office of the United States Trustee.
