The Bench and Bar Committee was established in 2013 to promote effective communication about Court procedures, local rules and other issues that affect members of the bankruptcy community in the Northern District of Georgia. The current composition of the board includes the Clerk of Court, Chief Deputy Clerk, Chapter 13 trustees, a representative of the United States Trustee, Chapter 7 trustees, and debtor and creditor attorneys.
