The National Creditor Registration Service (NCRS) is a free service provided by the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts to give creditors options to specify a preferred mailing address.

Notice to Creditors

Re: Notice of Preferred Address Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §342 (e) and (f)

The filing of a notice of preferred address pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §342(f) by a creditor directly with the National Creditor Registration Service, a division of the Bankruptcy Noticing Center, will constitute the filing of such a notice with the Court.

Registration with the National Creditor Registration Service may be accomplished online at https://ncrs.uscourts.gov.

Registration with the National Creditor Registration Service pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 342(f) does not prohibit a creditor from designating, in a specific case, a different address for noticing pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §342(e).
