Until further notice all court proceedings will be recorded by an AT&T conference service rather than the Court’s official digital audio system.  The call recordings will be received and maintained by the Court.  However, because the recording is conducted by AT&T, the Court cannot warranty its availability.  Parties assume all risk associated with relying on the AT&T recording of a proceeding.  

If a party intends to use a private vendor, such as CourtCall, notice must be provided to chambers 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
