The Amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and changes to the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule become effective December 1, 2023. Additionally, two official forms, approved by the Judicial Conference, and one Director’s Form, approved by the Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules, are scheduled to take effect December 1, 2023.
