Due to low water pressure, the United State Bankruptcy Court Atlanta Division in the Richard B. Russell Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse will close at 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday August 29, 2023. A drop box will be available outside of the clerk’s office until 4:00 p.m. for filings. The Bankruptcy Clerk’s offices in the Newnan, Gainesville, and Rome divisions will remain open normal hours.
