Regarding the retirement of Judge James E. Massey

As you may know, the Honorable James E. Massey is retiring today, April 30, 2014, after almost 21 years on the bench. All pending cases and adversary proceedings assigned to Judge Massey have been reassigned and notice issued.
Please adjust your computer systems, programs, forms, etc... so that Judge Massey's name, initials, signature blocks and the like are no longer included on pleadings and orders submitted to this Court.
