The Court has been asked to consider implementing measures that facilitate payment to Sub V Trustees.  Specific suggestions include requirement of an escrow funded by the debtor for a period of time in a specified amount applicable to all cases.  To evaluate this request, the Bench and Bar Committee is soliciting your comments on questions in a survey that can be found here.
