Public Notice Regarding the Sunset of Certain Provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act

Several bankruptcy provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act expired on December 27, 2021.  A bill passed the U.S. Senate on December 20, 2021 to extend the deadlines through March 27, 2022, however the U.S. House of Representatives has not taken up the legislation.   Consequently, effective immediately, these CM/ECF events are no longer available for filers:
