Effective December 1, 2024, a new event, Financial Management Course Certificate, will be available to file the certificate of course completion concerning personal financial management, as required pursuant to Amended Rule 1007(b)(7). The new event replaces the event, Certification of Financial Management Course for Debtor and will be located under the Bankruptcy > Other menu in CM/ECF.   

The Online Procedures Manual will also be updated accordingly.
