Effective immediately, all hearings on Reaffirmation Agreements, regardless of the division where the case was filed, will be held virtually, via Zoom.
 
Free counseling with volunteer attorneys regarding the reaffirmation agreement process remains available to unrepresented debtors via telephone or Zoom prior to the scheduled hearing date.  If a debtor is unable to meet with a volunteer attorney prior to the hearing, counseling will be available via Zoom on the same morning as the scheduled hearing.
