The Amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and changes to the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule become effective December 1, 2020.  A corresponding, required update of CM/ECF will take place beginning at 9:00PM/EST on Monday November 30, 2020.  During this update, CM/ECF will be unavailable to all users.  The system will be available at 12:01AM on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
