An updated version of the NDGA Chapter 13 Plan Form (Version 1.3) is now posted on the Court's website under "Local Forms."  The following modifications have been made:

§3.2 - deletion of the sentence "Check all that apply."

§3.2 - the "Amount of Secured Claim" box has been modified to allow both numeric and text entries.  The text option is available to allow a debtor to propose specific treatment for repayment of a claim in full where, for example, the claim is oversecured or cosigned.

§3.4 - the "Monthly Payment" on Secured Claim" box has been modified to allow both numeric and text entries.

§5.3 - the "Interest Rate" box has been modified to prevent the automatic entry of a dollar sign when entering the interest rate.
