The Honorable Wendy L. Hagenau retires from the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court today after 14 years of outstanding service to the Court. Judge Hagenau’s existing caseload, along with the existing caseload of Judge TJ23 cases will be transferred to other GANB Judges today. A notice of case reassignment will docket and serve in each case identifying the judge assigned to the case. The chambers page for the judge identified in the notice should be consulted for available hearing dates, forms, and other relevant information.

Please adjust your computer systems, programs, forms, etc. so that Judge Hagenau’s name, initials, signature block and the like are no longer included on pleadings and orders submitted to this Court. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
