If you have a live login for electronic filing that you have used within the last two years in Georgia Northern Bankruptcy Court, you will receive an email on May 12, 2017 with a mandatory questionnaire to complete via Survey Monkey. Response to this survey is required by May 26, 2017 to maintain your CM/ECF account with Georgia Northern Bankruptcy Court.
