Judge Baisier to Host Follow-Up Zoom Meetings for FJC Survey on 11/15 and 11/17

Thursday, October 28, 2021

In April 2021, the Federal Judicial Center distributed a survey regarding Judge Baisier and his staff.  The results were collected by the FJC, and shared with Judge Baisier in August.  Judge Baisier has reviewed the results from the FJC’s survey and would like to conduct follow-up Zoom meetings.  At these meetings, Judge Baisier would like to discuss further some of the topics raised in the survey, as well as answer follow-up or related questions.  The PDF at this link contains the topics that Judge Baisier expects to discuss during the meetings, along with any questions presented at or in connection with the meetings.  For people that would like to ask questions anonymously, questions can be sent to Melissa Davey at mdavey@13trusteeatlanta.com by November 10, 2021.  Ms. Davey will submit them to the court without attribution.

The initial Zoom meetings will take place on November 15, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. and November 17, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. The November 15 meeting will focus on Chapter 7/11 matters, and the November 17 meeting on Chapter 13 matters, although issues about any chapter can be raised at either meeting.  Participants are welcome to attend either or both of the meetings.  If it appears it will be productive after these first two meetings, the Court will have 2 additional Zoom meetings in January.

The Zoom meetings will be held in Judge Baisier’s Virtual Hearing Room.  The link to the Virtual Hearing Room is located on Judge Baisier’s webpage at: https://www.ganb.uscourts.gov/content/honorable-paul-m-baisier.  The meetings will not be recorded.

Please contact Judge Baisier’s Chambers with any questions.
