U.S. Postal Service Temporary Suspension of Mail to Canada

Thursday, December 19, 2024

A national postal strike in Canada has resulted in the U.S. Postal Service temporarily suspending mail destined for Canada. As a result, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is also suspending mail service to Canada. Undelivered mail that was already sent by the BNC to Canada is being held at the Canadian/United States border and will not be delivered until the postal strike ends. Canadian recipients have not received court-issued notices since November 15, 2024.
