Effective November 7, 2025, until further notice, all divisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia will be closed on Fridays due to the lapse in funding. Clerk’s Office hours for Monday through Thursday remain 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The Court's case management system (CM/ECF) as well as PACER and McVCIS continue to be available during the shutdown for online filing and access to case information. Individuals who need to file paper documents with the Court on Fridays when the Clerk’s Office is closed may file using the drop box located outside the Clerk's Office in each divisional office during the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Documents submitted in the drop box that meet filing requirements will be processed the next business day that the Court is open.

The Clerk's Office appreciates the patience and understanding of the public as we continue to operate during this budgetary lapse.
