On behalf of the Bench and Bar Committee, thank you to those who responded to the survey soliciting input regarding the payment of Subchapter V Trustee and other professional fees. The Bench and Bar Committee compiled the responses and submitted them to the judges.

The judges reviewed the responses and intend to inquire in each case, at the earliest opportunity, as to arrangements for compensation of trustees and other professionals. The judges believe early planning for payment of all professionals will enhance the success of these cases.
