Beginning July 25, 2025, the Court will use temporary judge code a998 for assignment of some chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases in the Atlanta Division.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

∙ A chambers page for Judge a998 will be “live” on the Court’s website under the Judges’ Information tab on July 25, 2025.  This page will contain available hearing dates to be used for Judge a998 cases only.

∙ The case number on pleadings and proposed orders should include the appropriate judge code based on the case assignment regardless of which judge may have presided at a hearing.  (Example 25-12345-a998).

∙ Nancy J. Whaley will serve as the Chapter 13 trustee for chapter 13 cases assigned to Judge a998.
