The Hon. W. Homer Drake, Jr.  will leave the bench of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia on January 31, 2021.  With a few exceptions the following case reassignments will take place on February 1, 2021:

• Chapter 7 and 11 cases and adversary proceedings will be reassigned to Judge Paul M. Baisier.
• Chapter 13 cases and adversary proceedings will be reassigned to Judge Lisa Ritchey Craig. 
• Chapter 12 cases filed in the Newnan Division will be assigned to Judge Ritchey Craig.

A notice of case reassignment will be issued in each matter with service by the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC).
