As a follow up to the Court's Public Announcement on June 26, 2025, please take notice that beginning September 29, 2025, court hearings in the Atlanta, Newnan, and Rome divisions will be held in person, unless the court orders otherwise.

Court notices and forms along with the Court's website will be updated accordingly. Requisite forms, affected general orders and procedures will post to the Court’s website as they become available.
