General Order 50-2025 Procedures for Mediation Referrals has been posted under the "Local Rules and General Orders" tab of the Court's website and may be viewed here.  This order, effective immediately, establishes procedures for practitioners to use when they have agreed to the mediation of disputes in a matter pending in the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court and supersedes the “Mediation Procedures” previously posted on the Court’s website.
