General Order 49-2025 Procedures for Submitting Pleadings By Individual Debtors Not Represented by an Attorney has been posted under the "Local Rules and General Orders" tab of the Court's website and may be viewed here.  This order, effective March 1, 2025, supersedes Amended and Restated General Order 45-2021 and rescinds the use of email or fillable form, as defined in Amended and Restated General Order 45-2021 and referred to as the "Emergency Filing System", as a method of filing pleadings for Pro Se Debtors.
