Public Notice Regarding Court Closure on Thursday, January 9, 2025

President Biden has declared Thursday, January 9, 2025, as a National Day of Mourning to honor the memory of former President Jimmy Carter. The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia will be closed in all divisions on January 9, 2025.

More information about the rescheduling of hearings currently set for January 9, 2025 will be posted to the GANB website as soon as possible.
