All divisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia will be closed on January 9, 2025, in honor of President Jimmy Carter. All divisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia will also be closed on January 10, 2025, due to forecasted inclement weather and potentially dangerous driving conditions. There will be no in-person proceedings or events; but on Friday, January 10, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court call center (404-215-1000) and physical drop box will be available.
 
All electronic filing services (i.e. CM/ECF, ePoc, Pro Se Emergency Filing System) remain available both days.
