The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia will have limited services on Friday, November 14, 2025. Public intake counters in all divisions will be closed. Staff will be available to answer calls and respond to help desk inquiries from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The Court's case management system (CM/ECF) as well as PACER and McVCIS will be available for online filing and access to case information. Individuals who need to file paper documents with the Court on Friday may file using the drop box located outside the Clerk's Office in each divisional office during the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Documents submitted in the drop box that meet filing requirements will be processed the next business day that the Court is open.

Effective Monday, November 17, the Clerk's Office, including public intake counters, will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays.
