We were advised late yesterday of technical issues with Pay.Gov that we now know began earlier this week. These issues are affecting multiple bankruptcy courts including Georgia Northern.
While the majority of payments remitted via ACH or by credit card have posted properly, some have not. Specifically, some transactions may have been duplicated. Our Finance team is monitoring transaction logs closely to identify these problems, but we ask that you do the same. If you identify duplicate charges, please notify Lynn Saunders at 404-215-1132.
We will update you as soon as the support team at Pay.Gov advises the problem has been resolved.
