Due to expected inclement weather, all Divisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026.

Court Matters scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2026 will proceed or are continued as follows:

1.  Hearings scheduled for the Honorable Paul W. Bonapfel will be rescheduled.  

2.  Hearings scheduled for the Honorable Paul Baisier will proceed as scheduled via the Court's Virtual Hearing Room. Please refer to the Virtual Hearings tab of Judge Baisier's page on the Court's website for instructions on how to participate in the hearings.

3.  Hearing scheduled for the Honorable Jeffery W. Cavender will proceed as scheduled via the Court's Virtual Hearing Room. Please refer to the Order and Notice scheduling the hearing or the Court's website for instructions on how to participate in the hearing.  

4.  Hearing scheduled for the Honorable Jonathan W. Jordan will be rescheduled. 

The Court's case management system (CM/ECF) as well as PACER and McVCIS continue to be available for online filing and access to case information. Clerk's Office Staff will be available to answer calls and respond to help desk inquiries from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
