Filing RequirementsFiling Requirements: Document in basic captioned format Certificate of Service DocketDocket: Ensure Filing Requirements are met Select Bankruptcy Select Trustee/US Trustee, if filing any of the following reports 04-Trustee's Supplemental Report Requesting Rescheduled Confirmation 04-Trustee's Supplemental Report Requesting Show Cause Order Select Batch Filings, if filing any of the following reports and/or if filing in multiple cases Trustee's Supplemental Report Requesting Confirmation Trustee's Supplemental Report Requesting Dismissal Trustee's Supplemental Report Requesting Dismissal w/Prejudice (batch) 04-Trustee's Supplemental Report Requesting Dismissal for Failure to Make Plan Payments Enter case number (xx-xxxxx) If filing in multiple cases, enter all case numbers Click Next Select the applicable event (e.g. 04-Trustee's Supplemental Report Requesting Rescheduled Confirmation) Click Next Select the party filer Click Next If you see the message: IMPORTANT: The following attorney/party association(s) will be created in this case. De-selecting a party association will result in the filing attorney NOT receiving Notices of Electronic Filing for that party.
