The transferee is the creditor receiving the claim. Forms/RulesOfficial/Local Form: Official Form B 2100A Rules/Code Sections: BLR 5005-9BLR 3001-1FRBP 3001(e)(2)&(4) Filing RequirementsFiling Requirements: Document in basic captioned format Filing Fee (see Fee Table) DocketDocket: Ensure Filing Requirements are met Select Bankruptcy Select Claim Actions Enter case number (xx-xxxxx) Click Next Select the party filer Click Next If the party is not listed Use Add/Create New Party Click Next If you see the message: IMPORTANT: The following attorney/party association(s) will be created in this case. De-selecting a party association will result in the filing attorney NOT receiving Notices of Electronic Filing for that party. If this is a joint filing, review the list carefully to ensure that only parties represented by the filing attorney are selected. Remove the check mark from any party not represented by the filing attorney Click Next Select Transfer of Claim (FEE) Click Next Browse to select the document to be filed (PDF) Click Next Do not refer to existing events Click Next Enter name of the transferee as it appears on the Transfer of Claim in the Search for transferee box Click Search Creditors If the creditor is not found, click close and click Search Creditors with no name of transferee in the box Select creditor Click Select If creditor is not listed, click close Click Add New Creditor Enter transferee name and address as it appears on the Transfer of Claim Click Submit Click Search Creditors to search for transferor If the creditor is not found, enter the transferor name as it appears on the Transfer of Claim and click Search Creditors Select creditor with the applicable claim number at the end of the address Click Select The Claim number will auto populate Click Next Filing fee will appear Click Next Modify the docket text by using the drop-down and free text boxes to enter additional information, if necessary Click Next Verify docket text Click Next A Summary of current charges box will appear If paying now Click Pay Now Select the applicable fee Click Next Click Pay Now Submit payment using the Online Payment screen If not paying now, click Continue Filing ‹ Proof of Claim Attachment 3001(c)(1) and (d) - Claim Supplement up Withdrawal of Claim ›
