The Online Procedures Manual (OPM) is a resource and reference tool for CM/ECF filers. The OPM provides step-by-step instructions for filing documents electronically. Filing requirements and references to the Bankruptcy Code and/or Rules are provided within some events but should not be relied upon exclusively.

Hyperlinks

• Hyperlinks are used throughout the OPM to direct the user to related event pages, websites or forms
• Hyperlinks open in a new window so users maintain their place within the OPM

Search

• A search box is located in the top right corner of the home page
• Enter keywords for a list of links related to the event
  • Search option guidelines
    • Enter Transfer
      • Results will include all instances of the word transfer
    • Enter Transfer of Claim
      • Results will include every instance of “Transfer” “of” and “Claim”
    • Enter "Transfer of Claim”
      • Results will only include the phrase “Transfer of Claim”
