An Application for Admission Pro Hac Vice is filed, in paper format only, by a non-resident attorney who is not an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, but who is a member in good standing of the State Bar of any United States Court or the highest court of any state, requesting permission to appear in a particular case. The applying attorney must designate local counsel who is an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Once admitted to appear pro hac vice, the attorney is required to file electronically. See www.ganb.uscourts.gov/cmecf-registration to apply for a CM/ECF login and password.
