On February 4, 2019, the Judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia adopted procedures for Complex Chapter 11 cases which apply to cases filed in the District after entry of the order.   

Amended and Restated General Order 26-2019, Procedures for Complex Chapter 11 Cases - The procedures apply to cases filed in any division in the District for which Complex Chapter 11 Case treatment is requested and may be granted by the Court.

General Order 27-2019, Designation of Panel for Complex Chapter 11 Cases - The panel applies only to cases filed in the Atlanta Division of the Court
