Procedures for Submitting Pleadings by Individual Debtors Not Represented by an Attorney (“Pro Se Debtors”). This order, effective March 1, 2025, supersedes Amended and Restated General Order 45-2021 and rescinds the use of email or fillable form, as defined in Amended and Restated General Order 45-2021 and referred to as the "Emergency Filing System", as a method of filing pleadings for Pro Se Debtors.
