About This Division
The Clerk's office and public intake counter are located on the second floor and open to the public from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding court holidays.
(The Clerk's Office does not accept cash payments. See Fees page for more information.)

| Directions and Parking | Parking is available at three locations: 1) The O.C.Williams Sr. Public Parking facility (free) is located one block west of the courthouse at the corner of Spring Street and Jackson Street. 2) The Gov. Ellis Arnall Public Parking Lot (not free) is located one block east and two blocks north of the courthouse at the corner of East Washington Street and Perry Street. 3) A public parking lot (free) is located two blocks west of the courthouse at the corner of Spring Street and College Street. (This lot is unpaved.) |
| Access for Persons with Disabilities | The Federal Building is fully accessible to persons with disabilities. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to the Federal Building (entrance on back side of the building, from Perry Street). Elevator access is available inside the building to the Clerk's Office and courtrooms. |
