Open Calendar Procedures
An attorney who files a motion requiring a hearing in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, with certain exceptions described in the Open Calendar Procedures for each judge, must prepare, serve and file a notice of hearing. Attorneys select available hearing dates for their motions and applications and serve notices of hearings pursuant to the Open Calendar Procedures.
