Please Note: Effective January 3, 2022 the Bankruptcy Clerk for the Northern District of Georgia will no longer handle any cash payments. Attorney's checks, cashier's checks, and money orders will be accepted for payment of filing fees. (Personal checks are not an acceptable form of payment.)
