The United States Trustee Program is preparing to implement virtual section 341 meetings of creditors for cases filed under chapter 7, 12, or 13 in the Northern District of Georgia on or after October 2, 2023.
Attorneys and staff are invited to join one of the U.S. Trustee’s information sessions on the rollout of Zoom section 341 meetings. The information sessions will be presented via Zoom webinars hosted by the Metro Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Group (MACBAG) on the following dates.
