Amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and changes to certain forms and the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule become effective December 1, 2023.  A corresponding, required update of CM/ECF will take place beginning at 9:00PM/EST on Thursday November 30, 2023.  During this update, CM/ECF will be unavailable to all users.  The system will be available at 6:00AM on Friday, December 1, 2023.
