Due to anticipated inclement weather in the early hours of Tuesday, January 16, 2024, the United States Bankruptcy Court will have a delayed opening in the Rome Division until 10:00AM.  No change in operation or hours for the Atlanta, Gainesville, and Newnan Divisions are expected.
