Public Notice Regarding Chapter 13 Plan Form and General Orders

Please see the attached documents which supercede any other versions previously posted to the Court's website or distributed at training sessions throughout the District:
 
A.  General Order No. 21-2017 - Order Requiring Local Form for Chapter 13 Plans and Establishing Related Procedures

B. General Order No. 22-2017 - Order with Regard to Fees, Expenses and Costs for Attorneys for Debtors in Chapter 13 Cases

C. Chapter 13 Plan Form (This fillable form is only fully compatible with the most current version of Adobe Acrobat or Reader.)

Changes to General order 21-2017 include, but are not limited to:
•  Deletion of 4.5  
•  Minor changes to §§2.1, 2.3.1, 2.3.2, 4.3.1 and 4.4
•  Additional service requirement under §4.2.3

Changes to General Order 22-2017 include, but are not limited to:
•  Changes with regard to recovery of filing fees advances by debtor's counsel

Changes to the plan form include, but are not limited to:
•  § symbols added throughout the plan to assist in the required designations for amended plans
