Amended and Restated General Order 47-2022 Assignment of Multiple Case Filings, may be viewed here.  This order, effective March 1, 2024, supersedes General Order 47-2022 and changes the two-year look back period of assignment of multiple cases to three years.
 
The updated local Form of Notice may be viewed here. The certificate of service language in the form is updated to be consistent with General Order No. 25-2018.   The new Form of Notice should be used immediately for applicable matters not previously noticed.
 
General Orders are posted to the Court’s website under the “Local Rules and General Orders” tab.  The new Form of Notice is posted under the “Forms” tab (Local Forms) and will be posted to each chamber’s webpage.
