The Court’s migration to NextGen will begin today, Friday, August 6, 2021 @ 5:00pm.  CM/ECF will be unavailable until the Court is live on NextGen on Monday, August 9, 2021. 
Important reminders:

• Please pay all outstanding filing or other case related fees before 5:00pm today.  Failure to do so may result in you being locked out of NextGen when the system is live on Monday.

• GANB will send an email when NextGen is “live” and ready for filings

• You will not be able to access NextGen until AFTER you link your CM/ECF account to your updated PACER account.  Click here for instructions about linking process.

• Please visit the NextGen page on the court’s website for important information and required actions.  There are helpful job aids and links to all training presentations which should answer many of your questions regarding the migration.
