The Clerk’s Office and public intake counter are located on the third floor, Room 339, are open to the public from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding court holidays.

| Parking | Free parking is provided at the rear of the courthouse. Use the East First Street entrance and proceed through the parking lot gate to the parking area. |
| Access for Persons with Disabilities | The Federal Building in Rome is fully accessible to persons with disabilities. There is a wheelchair access ramp at the main entrance. Handicap Parking is available on the side of the building near the front entrance, and in the parking lot at the rear of the building. Elevator access is available inside the building to the Clerk's Office and Courtrooms. |
