NOTICE to all GANB CM/ECF Participants regarding delay in response time of CM/ECF

We are aware of the significant delay in response time of CM/ECF, beginning yesterday, January 20 and continuing today, January 21.  We are working continuously to resolve this problem and will provide an update as soon as we are able.   In the meantime, we apologize for this unanticipated disruption in service.
