Opinions Search 

PREFACE TO ON-LINE DECISIONS: The Court is posting substantive written Opinions, beginning with those issued in January 2004, on this web-site. Many of the Opinions are not intended for publication and are so designated. The chambers are listed below in alphabetical order, and within a single chambers the Opinions are listed in reverse chronological order. Each entry includes the date entered on the docket, the style of the matter, a short parenthetical expression of the issue(s) raised, and the file number. We expect to be able to add Opinions on a monthly basis.
At present, single Opinions are in PDF text format and may be searched for word, phrase, or date by using “Control F,” the Windows search function available in any Windows application. We expect within the next several weeks to institute search capabilities that will allow Opinions, from all chambers to a single chambers, to be searched at one time by word, phrase, or date, as well as by bankruptcy case number or adversary proceeding number.
