Parties not wishing to transfer certain existing registry deposits into the CRIS may seek leave to transfer them to the litigants or their designees on proper motion and approval of the judge assigned to the specific case. |

This order, which replaces General Order 4-2005, is applicable to cases filed on or after February 19, 2013. General Order No. 4-2005 continues to be applicable to cases filed from October 17, 2005 through and including February 18, 2013.
