All cases filed on or after January 1, 2002 are fully electronic, and there are no paper files in these cases with the exception of certain voluminous documents filed on paper and certain verified documents.

Almost all cases filed prior to 2000 have paper files only. In the Atlanta Division, cases filed prior to 2000 with cases numbers of 90,000 and higher are fully electronic. The following table distinguishes between cases with paper files and those that are fully electronically filed on or after January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2001.
